According to The Blaze, ABC’s “The View” host Joy Behar stated that students should have to repeat the year because of out of class learning.

“Sending kids back to school this year is so fraught with anxiety and uncertainty. Why not just have everyone repeat the year? Is that such a far out idea?” Behar tweeted.
